Measures Taken
It is Nucleus Office Parks consistent endeavour to ensure a working environment where every person walking through our gates is safe, secure and gets a seamless experience under every circumstance. As the Parks see an increase in occupancy, diligent protocols have been put in place to ensure safety for all.
- Our Parks are following the highest level of hygiene protocols and preparedness for further ramp-ups in the coming weeks.
- Regular, thorough, and continual action is being taken towards disinfection and sanitization of common areas and touch surfaces such as door handles, lift call buttons, counters, turnstiles, and washrooms.
- Every Nucleus Office Parks asset has emergency services available, including isolation rooms at a property level.
- A cleaning schedule of Air Handling Units (AHU) has been established, as per ISHRAE guidelines, as well as sanitization of machines and tools.
- Bio-medical waste disposal protocols and containers have been provided.
- Social distancing procedures at entry/exit points, walkways, lobbies, stairwells, and lifts have been posted.
- Tenants have been called and guided through the highlights of our playbook towards de-densification. A soft copy of the same has been distributed.
- To ensure consistent precautionary measures are taken for everyone’s safety, tenants are updated weekly on COVID related case/news within the Parks.

It is imperative that we all work together to keep everyone safe. We request that every occupier, visitor, and vendor follow the comprehensive guidelines and safety protocols put in place.

The panelists included CXOs and industry thought leaders from the field of real estate, technology, and finance and their insights on the theme were invaluable.

Turning The Curve

On International Women's Day 2021, Nucleus Office Parks held a panel to discuss Turning the curve: Women leaders dialogue on post-pandemic productivity and economic ramp up. This topic is particularly relevant with the quick-paced vaccine roll-out across India and the promise of economic recovery. The discussion was moderated by Vikram Chandra, Found of Editor. The panel included thought leaders and CXOs in the fields of banking, business, and real estate who offered their unique perspective and insights on the topic.
