      Nucleus Office Parks (NOP) focuses on creating value for customers, partners, patrons, and investors. At NOP, ESG considerations serve as a mandate for organizational resilience and future-readiness. NOP is committed to environmental conservation and ensuring the well-being, health, and safety for all its stakeholders and constantly endeavours to integrate sustainable development into all its initiatives.

      We at NOP have embraced the latest shift in the business paradigm which believes that businesses have a deep-rooted commitment towards society at large than the earlier thought of creating wealth for the investors. This realization has made us to look at the business from a new perspective of environment, social and governance principles espoused by UN under the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Our strategies have been developed through an in-depth analysis of industry trends and peer performance evaluation. We are particularly concerned with the ESG risks related to climate change, environmental management practices, working conditions, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

      Committed to our ethos to offer built environments that match global standards, most of our assets are certified by green rating certification bodies such as the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). We consider these certifications as a starting point and look at measuring the building performance and benchmarking as the key differentiator.
