Nucleus Office Parks (NOP) focuses on creating value for customers, partners, patrons, and investors. At NOP, ESG considerations serve as a mandate for organizational resilience and future-readiness. NOP is committed to environmental conservation and ensuring the well-being, health, and safety for all its stakeholders and constantly endeavours to integrate sustainable development into all its initiatives.

We at NOP have embraced the latest shift in the business paradigm which believes that businesses have a deep-rooted commitment towards society at large than the earlier thought of creating wealth for the investors. This realization has made us to look at the business from a new perspective of environment, social and governance principles espoused by UN under the sustainable development goals (SDGs). Our strategies have been developed through an in-depth analysis of industry trends and peer performance evaluation. We are particularly concerned with the ESG risks related to climate change, environmental management practices, working conditions, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

Committed to our ethos to offer built environments that match global standards, most of our assets are certified by green rating certification bodies such as the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). We consider these certifications as a starting point and look at measuring the building performance and benchmarking as the key differentiator.

In order to maximize the value for our stakeholders, we have developed an ESG framework comprising the following four key pillars based on Blackstone’s Real Estate ESG framework, materiality assessment and peer review:

  1. Ecosystem
  2. Human Capital
  3. Communities
  4. Governance

The various elements under each of these pillars are presented below:

GRESB is a mission-driven and industry-led organization that provides actionable and transparent environmental, social and governance (ESG) assessment for the real-estate sector.

Over the years GRESB has emerged as the most widely used ESG benchmarking platform for real assets and provides peer-based performance assessment data.

As an organization committed to delivering exemplary ESG performance as a means to creating value for all stakeholders, Nucleus Office Parks has been participating in annual GRESB assessment since 2021. Drawing inputs from these assessments and from our own ESG aspirations, we have put in place a strong action plan to enhance the ESG performance of our value chain.

The British Safety Council Sword of Honour to recognize "best-in-class" workspaces.

Over 60 components and elements reviewed as per recognized standards.

Our Health and safety measures were tested against stringent standards, as set forth by the British Safety Council.

COVID-19 protocols put in place by Nucleus Office Parks in September 2020 were also in accordance with BSC and govt. guidelines.
